This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Tula Yoga LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our text messaging program. This policy applies only to information collected through our SMS program. 1. Information We Collect

When you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number
• Your name (if provided at opt-in)
• The date, time, and method of your opt-in
• Records of messages sent to and received from you
• Your responses to our messages, including opt-out requests

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected through our SMS program solely to:

• Send you the messages you have consented to receive, including appointment reminders, class and account notifications, and marketing or promotional offers from Tula Yoga LLC
• Respond to your replies, including HELP and STOP requests

• Troubleshoot delivery issues and improve our messaging service

3. We Do Not Share Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction covers your phone number, your opt-in consent record, and the contents of messages you send and receive through this program.

To deliver messages, we use service providers including our software platform (Tula Software LLC) and its SMS infrastructure provider. These providers process your mobile information solely to deliver messages on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes.

We do not sell your mobile information. We do not share your mobile information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for the purpose of marketing their products or services to you.

4. Data Retention

We retain SMS program data, including consent records and message logs, for as long as you remain opted in and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, regulatory, and carrier recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at maile@tulayoga.net.

5. Your Choices

You can opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect through our SMS program against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

Our SMS program is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect mobile information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their mobile number, please contact us at maile@tulayoga.net and we will delete the information.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated to active SMS subscribers before taking effect.
